Trinity Aviation's new student, Gabe, is here! He starts his classes tomorrow. He and his family are living in the school director's home until they can find a place to rent in town. Please be praying we will find a good place for them soon.

Gabe's daughter, Ciara, and Lydia are close in age and have been having a blast playing together. Ciara is Lydia's first friend that hasn't been Faith's also, and she's very excited.

Sammy is eight, and gets along well with Eli, who has already given him a bike and let him wear his spongebob hat.

We went up towards Mount Rainier last night, and I caught a couple of good pictures of the scenery. It had been a warm day-warmer than it's been yet this year-and the sunset was really pretty. It looked like God really had painted the sunset.

The moon was beautiful, too. It makes you wonder how many other wonders there are out in space.

A work team came out to the airport yesterday and helped us with some more construction. We are putting in dorms, bathrooms, a kitchen, a classroom, and an office. We keep getting more and more phone calls every day from people interested in the school, including one from an unbeliever. A family from South Africa is coming as soon as we can get their visas. When I look back on how far we've come in the past two years, I'm amazed at how much work God has done in and through my family. A year ago, there wasn't a flight school yet, and now we have people coming in from all over the place wanting to learn. It's an amazing thing.

New Town

We are all moved in! We now live in this cute little town where the Trinity Aviation airport is located. Like I said, the town is little, so I have some more freedom to walk places. Everyone in this town knows everyone else, and people are very friendly.
Another plus to living here is I can easily get a job. In the state of Washington, you can legally get a job at fourteen. There's a cute little movie theater that's a possibility to work at- it only has one screen, so they show one movie for about a week, then switch to a different one. Other possibilities are the bakery, the mini grocery, the consignment shop, or one of the two restaurants that would hire. After I acquire a job, I will be able to save for a new camera, with which to take pictures to post on here so you can have a better understanding of where we live and what we're doing.

Some know that I am not the loudest person on the face of the earth, but many quiet people have a lot going on in their heads. I should hope that whatever it is happens to be of the things of God. Something I have been thinking about is observing. Observation is one of my favorite words. By simply observing things, one can learn a lot. My favorite thing to observe is people. You can tell if someone is hurting, lonely, angry, or full of joy based on their body language, voice, and face. However, sometimes peoples’ faces do not tell what they are really feeling. One can put on a happy face, but inside be feeling desolate and alone. So these are just a couple of random things that jumped into my head.

The Mixing of People

Have you ever noticed how people who are alike group together? All of the "cool" people hang out, and the athletes, and the "smart" people. What would happen if everyone decided to mix things up? The bench warmer, who might be one of the "smart" people, might get to play. Maybe a "cool" person could learn some things from a "smart" person. If everyone mingled together, we could create a world where almost everyone would get along. If the world got along, more people could become Christians, and if the entire country of America as a Christian nation, we could spread out to other parts of the world, taking the gospel with us. Right now there aren't enough pilots that will fly to other countries to bring food and supplies. There aren't enough ordinary people, coming from ordinary lives, who can leave their lives for just a couple of weeks, and go hold a baby who has no one, pray over a mother who needs help, or talk to a lonely child. If people could mix with each other and become a strong group of Christians, there might be more people who would leave their lives for a while and step into someone else's shoes. Someone else's shoes might be dirty, worn out, or they might not fit the person. But that doesn't mean they're not still a person that God created, and maybe they need you.
